Our Screening & Evaluation Methods

We conduct a thorough face-to-face discussion with each candidate while detailing their personal reports, education, Police reports and work history with reference to their previous employments. In this manner we follow a value added screening procedure for better recruitment & selection.

i) Interviews – All our candidates go through a thorough screening process to ensure they have the mental capacity and skill to meet the job expectations.

ii) Educational – Candidates are thoroughly tested in addition to possessing of necessary educational qualifications.

iii) Medical – Complete medical examinations are conducted by qualified Medical personnel on each individual to assess their eligibility for the required task, as per clients requirements. These are supported with the required documentation.

iv) Referees – Two or more referees support our proposed candidates. Referees are respected/ recognized individuals such as Religious dignitaries, high ranking Govt. officers etc.

v) Suitability – We regularly arrange island wide recruitment campaigns and identify the most suitable candidates according to Client requirements. We work in close collaboration with Samurdhi officers, Grama Niladari Officers. Government & Private job banks, etc.

vi) Police screening – All prospective candidates are subject to an inspection on their past records by the Sri Lanka Police and are required to submit a Police Report.
